Hi all,

I got to target on the 26th November and thought I would share my pictures. I have now lost 6 stone with SW and if I include weight before joining SW, it is 7 stone 12 lbs.

How long did it take you to get to goal?

And did you keep a food diary?

What would be your words of wisdom for a fellow SW members, I would love to have someone who has reached goal to share their experiences diet, exercise , motivation, what to do on the days when all you crave is chocolate
