Hi!
Not a great week for me so giving myself a kick up the bum......have gained weight and 2 inches. I'm going to do a bit of a diary as looking back, there's been the odd biscuit sweet or cracker.... Please feel free to comment or help!
Friday so far.
2 cups of tea :/
1 choc shake made with s.skimmed milk.
2 pints of water.
3 slices of chicken.
