Well done on your loss. You look fab. Over 9 stone is a massive achievement. :)

Thank you :) I'm not quite done yet ... I have about 1 to 1 1/2 stone left to go until target but I did this picture yesterday (after being nagged to do it by my sister) and couldn't quite believe it. My head has yet to catch up with my body!!

Gosh you look like a totally different person, well done your amazing x

Blimey, that's amazing! You look fab! :D
Would love to follow in your footsteps - what are your top tips for losing so much in such a short space of time?

I do mainly Red days as I tend to overeat on carbs if they aren't measured and I'm not good at recognising when I'm 'full'. I batch cook things like Diet Coke Chicken, Spag Bol, Chilli, curries, Chinese Pork/Chicken, Liver & Onions, Ginger Chicken/Pork etc(I tend to just create recipes as I go along lol), but I make sure that at least 60% of what's in the pot is superfree ... And then serve it with more superfree - so things like butternut squash instead of potato, courgette ribbons instead of spaghetti, cauliflower instead of rice :)

I have a 'treat day' once a week, which is basically an EE day LOL, where I might make paella or a fish risotto (I love fish!) and not measure the rice and I never, ever, have bread (because it gives me severe IBS).

I don't exercise beyond my normal walking to and from work/into town/taking the dogs out, I don't snack between meals (part of my long term change of lifestyle) and use an average of around 5 syns a day (as part of meals rather than treats usually).

Written down it sounds quite restrictive, but I really don't find that it is - there honestly hasn't been a day when I've craved anything food wise and if I feel like I deserve a treat I head for the craft shop (my new and healthier addiction lol) :D

Awww - Thank you :)

My own consultant and the area co-ordinator have spoken to me about it Jeanne, but I honestly don't have the time or inclination. I already work full time in a very people centred and emotionally intensive job (I'm a Funeral Director), plus have two young grandchildren who live very close by and who want to spend lots of time with me :D AND it would seriously eat into my crafting time (I also have a fairly new small business selling my makes) which probably wouldn't be a positive thing for me as it's a major stress reliever.

I'm more than happy to help others out as a 'Buddy' and to do things like batch cook with them to help them stay on track and stuff, but those are flexible things and I can fit them around my other commitments, which I wouldn't be able to do with set sessions and SW admin etc.

You are amazing. Such a motivation. How much on average was you losing per week? Can't believe you've done that in such little time x

LOL! I love being busy :) (but at my own pace if that makes sense - I do not cope well with external time pressures sadly)

I think it averages out at about 3 1/2lb a week Camplestar, but in terms of week by week it has varied from 7 1/2lb (my first week) to a couple of weeks with 1lb losses :)

Well done on your tremendous loss - you look great!
