So i lost 4 stone on cambridge diet, but as with all shake and soup diets, the minute you stop, the weight piles back on. well i have put 3 stone ++ back on so need to stop this i its tracks.... I have just returned from cyprus and hated my body for the full 2 weeks. i went from 14 stone 7lb to 10 stone 7lb.. i was in a comfy size 12. I am 5ft 3inches. At my weigh in on Thursday I am 13 stone 9lb... nearly back to the star again. So i decided that this time am doing it properly, eating real food and exercising. So joined ww in cyprus online, got weighed the day i cam home as my first class, and bought a wondercore 2 exercise system (which is brilliant by the way)... I feel 100% motivated as hate the way i look, creeping back to a size 16 again so utterly miserable..
my first 2 days diary:
Day 1 -
Breakfast - half grapefruit (had this every day on holiday and love it) - 0 pts
150g fat free frut yoghurt - 4 pts
Lunch - Crumpet - 4pts
1 lean bacon - 2 pts
3 tbsps beans - 3 pts
1 tspn butter - 1 pt
Dinner - 2 x 200g jacket potato - 10 pts
Tuna in water 70g - 1 pt
mayonnaise 2 tsp - 2 pts
Salad - 0 pts
Extras
Milk for coffee - 3 pts
tangerine - 0 pts
Banana - 0 pts
2 ww choc snacks - 2 points
yoghurt 150 mg fat free fruit and melon cubes - 4 pts
ww crisps - 2 pts
Total from daily allowance 30 out of 30
total from weekly allowance 7 out of 35
30 mins cardio/resistance exercise
Can any expert weight watchers give any advice - does this seem like a reasonable day? I had more weekly allowance points a felt hungry, but today i am on track to have just 4 extra.
