I am 0.5 lb away from the target I initially set myself and the weight loss journey so far has been rather easy (maintaining will be the hard part!). Now I am considering shifting my target further 'south', but I am still in two minds about it. On one hand I wouldn't mind to carry on losing, on the other, I would like to see if I can maintain my losses first. I am down in the normal BMI range now (not that I give a hoot about the BMI, as I think it's an obsolete tool for an individual person).
