Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs
Lunch - Tesco lean steak strips, Tesco beansprout stir fry, sweet chilli sauce (2), grapes, strawberry Muller Greek style yoghurt (0.5)
Dinner - Roast chicken (no skin), bulgur wheat, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken stock cube.
Drinks - Water, fresh black coffee, tea (hexa milk)
