I started Lipotrim on the 1st Jan 2014 and have stuck to it 100% since starting. I've hit the gym and try to go about 5 times a week doing Cardio, Spin and Body conditioning classes
I've lost 4st 10lb since starting and have another 9 days to go before starting the refeed. Fingers crossed I'll be near my target of 13 stones by then.
Anyway here is a (drunken) pic from New Years Eve and another in my old work trousers which were tight before I started the diet.
