Starting CD tomorrow (22nd July 2022)
I plan on using this thread to keep accountability.
Starting weight is 17st 10lbs
I'm someone who used junk food as a comfort, feeling down 'have a cake', feeling stressed 'have some crisps', feeling happy 'have a mcdonalds'. I loved nothing more than...
I have been losing weight steadily (some would say rapidly as I started on TS and have lost nearly 4 stone since July) I have however noticed that when my weight stays the same for a while I have maybe got a little down and had a glass of wine or 2 and the next day will have lost 2-3 pounds. I...
So im into week 2 of CD and lost only 4lbs. Im devastated and frankly struggling with the idea of another week with only meal replacements and such little return!
Im drinking loads of water and havent cheated. Its costing a fortune but my lady made me feel bad and i bought another weeks worth...

Hey Guys,
I know we're not meant to be doing exercise or anything heavy but thought we could all do a stretch exercises challenge, something to get us ready.
They're not hard only takes minutes and will help flex our completely frozen bodies, well mine anywayz
Hi everyone
So I'm on day 2 of The Cambridge Diet and I'm doing really well so far! The first day was really hard and today has been difficult dealing with hunger pangs at times but I'm still on track and determined. My aim is to lose 4 stone :O as quickly as possible. I was hoping to meet...
Hello all! I am meeting with my local cambridge diet consultant tomorrow and hoping to go on the diet by September 5th. Determined not to add weight loss to my 2018 resolutions
Hello all,
Just wanted to share my weightless journey as I'm on Week 3 and it's already been a long road!
I was previously on Lighter Life where I lost 4 stone but I foolishly gained it back so am determined to get it off once again and this time keep it that way!
Would love some people...
Hi!
I am doing the CD, step 2 and I am on day 6.
In terms of background info, I was always naturally slim but curvy (pear shape) and didn't really work hard on my weight. I did used to think I was too big back then, but now I realise I just had a different shape to the people around me...
Hi all!
Hope you're well. I'm new to minimins but I have been reading lots of the posts over the last few days.
I am just finishing day 5 of the Cambridge diet and I am doing Step 2.
I'm just feeling a little worried because I thought I would at least be feeling a little positive difference...
Evening all,
My background is as follows:
Started CD back in June 2008 after having my first baby ... felt so good during week 3 and obviously wanted to show the 1 stone weight loss off to my husband that I ended up pregnant with baby no. 2 (oops !)
Dabbled with it again over the years, but...
Hiya everyone,
I've read a few posts where people have played around with the flavours of their shakes and have discovered different ones!
For example, 1/2 fruits of the forest and 1/2 chocolate supposedly is nice. If you have any others feel free to leave the ideas in the comments below!
Hiya everyone.
I was just wondering, why bars are not allowed until you've done two weeks on SS products?
Also, if a small cheat :/ was had on day 13, would that mean I'd have to do two more 'solid, 100%' weeks on SS before I was allowed the bars?
Thanks in advance! :-)
This is my third week on the CWP, I lost 11 pounds in the first two weeks which I was really happy about. Since the first week it has been alot easier my cravings and hunger has decreased alot and I really enjoy the shakes and some of the soups, I weighed myself today and saw that I've put a...

Hi there!
Am just starting out on Cambridge! On Week 2- after years of being a WW addict I had to admit 9 stone was going to require more patience than I had to stick with it!
I tipped the scales at 18st 12.5 lbs 12 days ago. That was a horrible realisation- but my consultant was so kind. At...
So I'm back again!
It's been years and years since I first tried CWP, and I lost a lot of weight last time (2st!) but I gave up, didn't wean myself off it properly, and piled it all back on again, plus a little extra just to **** with me.
So I've spent the past few years on and off again...
Hi I'm a newbie and I'm currently on Day 5 of the Cambridge diet. I've been completely fine until today - I had a little headache and I've got a talking/gurgling stomach.
Apart from my partner nobody knows I'm doing this so I don't have anyone to talk to really ☹️. My motivations still...
So I'm fast approaching 40 and for the first time in my life I'm overweight. It seems to of happened so quickly. I wish I could say I've really enjoyed myself by eating all the bad things you shouldn't but I haven't. That being said I didn't really watch what I ate or drank to be honest! Lets...
Hi there,
Id really appreciate some help. I last did Cambridge diet 6 years ago and lost 3 and half stone.

Hi I've done my first week on the Cambridge weight plan and wanted to get a new thread going. Has anyone just started or anyone still going strong that wants to share. My official weigh in is on Thursday but I think I have lost around 11lbs in the first week. Pretty pleased with that!
Hi all,
I've started Cambridge step 2 on Wednesday to see if I can achieve results I want to lose 3st 8 lbs. I've previously done SS+ but given up once noticeable results were there, partly because of boredom the flavours became repetitive I only had shakes and bars. Since starting I'm worried...
Hi I'm on day 4 of my Cambridge diet, currently I'm having 3 shakes and a meal of chicken and broccoli.
Day 4 and my period started a few hours ago, I had 1 shake and felt really weak and tired so I went to sleep with some pain killers. Woke up feeling better until I came downstairs to make...
