pot snacks

Hi there, I have started my diet today and would like to know how many syns a Shin Cup Noodles Pot Snack holds. Any help will be greatly appreciated. They’re only available in Asda & Morrisons if any wants to try them. I look forward to hopefully hearing back from someone.
