slimmingworld alcohol nightout

Hi All, I have two weddings approaching and also a night organised with a couple of a my friends. I'm determined to stay on track to SW, are there any alcoholic drinks you could suggest that would be low in syns and not cause a gain? (obviously if not over consumed) Thanks!

Hey guys, I’m going out on Friday night drinking and I was just wondering if anyone has any low syn alcohol drinks that I could have that DO NOT comtain fizzy (I’m allergic). It has to be something that I can order from a nightclub etc! Any ideas are very much welcome! Thanks guys Xx
