£1.00 postage on orders from the dukan shop

You probably all already know this but.....

I received an email this morning saying that the postage on all orders from dukan is £1.00 from today, 21st May until 23rd May. I have finally ordered some flavourings today, I never have before as I felt the delivery cost was prohibitive.

I forgot to say that it's not just standard delivery but the 48 hour express delivery as well.

I've just received that email too. Like you, I've never ordered before - what do people recommend, apart from the flavourings?
