Hi all, I thought i would start a diary to help me stay on track, it is my first time with slim fast and I am taking 1 day at a time.. ! I feel the control is what i need at the moment as i am an expert at making junk food acceptable on a diet !!..

I started on Wed 01/12/12 weighing 15st 8lb


Breakfast - Apple, Satsuma, Coffee with semi skimmed milk

Lunch - SF Chocolate Shake - Plum, Pear

Dinner - Grilled Rindless bacon, Poached egg, Tomato Mushroom 1 slice bread (558cals)

Thursday 02/12/12

( i know i had the same but it was LUSH)

Friday 03/02/12

Breakfast - Coffee, Apple, banana

Lunch - SL Choc shake, Fruit salad (74cals)

Dinner - WW al forno bolognese (354cals)
Garlic Ciabatta (weightwatchers 246cals)

So happy i have nearly completed 3 days ! my OH works shifts and has come home with naughty foods every night this week and i HAVE NOT given in yey me !

Morning all, Not updated for a couple of days but stayed on track.. WI today and i lost 5.5lb YEY

So so so pleased

I'm out for a meal tonight for a friends birthday an italian meal so will still choose wisely and have my shake for lunch and then fill up on fruit ..
 
hi all, just a quick update, i have been good and finding the control of SF alot better for me, However after i jumped on my scales for a peek and they said 10st.... !!!!!!!!! i thought my prayers had been answered.. but it wasn't so my scales are knackered

so popped to buy some new ones and it says i am 1.5lb heavier than last week LOL.. on my old scales before they went kaput i was on keel for a 2lb at least loss this week so v annoyed but hey at least i know..

so this weeks WI will show as again, but it's not IYKWIM

hate it when that happens but hey you might still be on for a loss, you never know!!! :)
