10% body weight :/

Hi all I'm very confused could someone help me out please
How do I work out my 10% I can't find it in my slimming world book and my consultant never set it for me :/
My starting weight was 11:10

Your club 10 will be 10.8. I have found a link to another thread for someone who started at the same weight as you http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/100187-club-10-confusion.html#post1719432, hope that helps.

11 stone x 14lbs = 151lbs
Plus 10lb = 161lbs

Divide by 10 = 16.1 or round to 16.5 pounds
