Hello all i'm going to start ww tomorrow and thought it would be a good idea to plan my food the day before as
I tend to impulse buy convenient food otherwise.
I drink a lot of tea so i'm going to give myself a milk allowance each day of 1 pint skimmed milk.

Recipes i have used today:
Courgette soup.
This is really nice, only takts 15 minutes to cook and its 4 points for 6 servings so thats like 1pt per bowl as you have to round up. However as the recipe is 4 points I take 4 points off my daily allowance and just eat it all day when i feel like im heading for the crisps cupboard (thats right theres a cupboard dedicated to crisps in my house

Ingredients:
750g courgettes-sliced-0pp
1 litre of veg stock ( i use oxo)-0pp
3 celery sticks-0pp
150g extra light cream cheese-4pp
clove of garlic/teaspoon of lazy garlic (ready crushed)-0pp
Method
bung the courgettes, celery, and garlic and fry in a few sprays of frylight for about 4 minutes... pour in the stock and simmer for 15 minutes until courgetts are soft.
Blend it and add the cream cheese and blend until smooth-season to taste
The mushroom stroganoff.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms ( i like the weird ones u can get but any will do)-0pp
About 100ml vegetable stock-0pp
100g extra light cream cheese-3pp
62.5g boil in the bag long grain rice-6pp (coz im really rubbish at cooking rice)
Smoked/hot Paprika depending on the kind you like
Method:
fry off mushrooms in a few sprays of fry light and add the stock and cheese and paprika and stir until it becomes and sauce consistancy. cook rice and serve together. yum!
