Hi all
For those of you that don't know me,this is my 2nd large cambridge weight loss journey. My initial one was in 2010 when i lost nearly 5 stone.Due to a tough 2014 year,I stupidly let my weight get back up to 13.3stone for the first time since 2010.After doing the Dukan diet for a bit ,I returned to what I know best (Cambridge).I follow ss+/810 (more 810 with less milk and ss+ food sizes/portions).See my signiture for losses
I have not posted for a bit due to leading a crazy life really!,all was going well but then I had a planned 48hours (weekend)of not quite being on plan...few products, few chocs and a carvery.I know of all the things to have.... a bloody carvery! anyway it just meant that my monday morning weigh in was +1lb,to be honest I was pleased with that really (could have been a lot worse). As i was only a squiggly bit in ketosis the water gain was pretty minimal (phew).Anyway following that...back on track,in the zone no problem what so ever. This monday I lost 4lbs which I was delighted with.Onwards and upwards to the half way mark which will be another 5lbs.
Felt great at the weekend when I cleared my wardrobe and put everything that didn't fit me on the "thinner shelf" for now.I don't really have much that fits me but its fine, just makes an easier choice in the morning and I'm not depressed and having hissy fits when nothing is fitting me!At least I know that everything in the wardrobe part fits me for now,and I will try on all my thinner clothes in a months time. The fat clothes (about 10 items) I did go out and buy in May/June are very much on the big side now.
As I get through my shakes,I think my tastebuds are changing,Im trying to use up all my sachets and will probably then go onto just choc tetras (which is by far the easiest option also).Still staying away form bars,I think until I get to half way.
Anyway feeling good! Tummy has defo shrunk ,water intake going well, and I couldn't care less what people eat in front of me or around me.Feeling smaller and people are commenting HOORAY FOR CAMBRIDGE DIET!!!!arty0011:arty0011:arty0023:
Would love to know how everyone else is getting on,come join me :wavey:
