1ST DAY BACK ON LIPOTRIM :)

Hiya

first day of lipotrim again today, tried started last week but failed, managed to get through day 1 now so its a good start!
i weigh in at 13 stone 6 atm and i have a consultation for my tummy tuck on the 28th of this month and to be considered for surgery i need to get down to 12 stone, is it possible to lose 1 stone 6 in 4 weeks if i really stick to this diet?

Well i just lost 11.5lb in my first week? But i guess u gotta stick to it! b carefull thoe as if you only do 1 week when u come of it u will almost instantly putit back on, u need to do around 3 weeks and 1 week re feed, or u will have yr tuck then get the pounds on agin
