I'm getting on fine with it. Just trying to make sure I am more organised with food in, as I am a nightmare for just picking things up on the run at work. My first weigh in is Tuesday morning.
I've recently rejoined Scottish Slimmers and am finding that the weight isn't coming off as quickly as it did the first time round. I feel a little bit bummed out by it and I really don't want to lose focus on my goal! Does anyone have any advice or tips to help keep me on the wagon?
