Well it's week in, 7 and a half pounds lost and 4.5 inches off my waist. Pretty happy with that, feel really motivated, sat down and planned my meals till next weigh in. Really need to up my water intake though! That's my mini goal for the week! X

Water is the hardest part for me... But it's worth forcing it down! Lol

Thanks :) yeah struggles the last few days, didn't drink what I was meant to but I've had 2 litres already today so going to make sure I have another litre before bed x
