Drink water drink water & drink loads more water, how u finding it?
I'm on ss+ week 5,19lbs loss so far upto my last wi (Monday)
I'm having salad leaves tuna with a sprinkle of sting onion almost every night as I'm not very good with coming up with recipes unfortunately
If you have the ready made shakes put a bit of the chocolate one in your coffee takes like a mocha! Also you can freeze them it's a bit like a mini milk! Why not make an omelette or make a salad and split it over lunch and dinner. xx
