It took me a while but it was a lifestyle change I needed this time and not a quick fix with no patience. It has totally changed my life. I was so unhappy before and hated myself while looking this way. I had no confidence and hid away.

I have just became a Slimming World consultant and start my first group in January. I can't recommend SW enough, no matter how much you need to lose, good luck, I hope this inspires someone. X
