Hiya,
OK so in another Thread we were talking about maybe setting a Target we'd like to reach by the end of the year so thought i'd create a new thread as I can't see one of these already on here.

So basically we're going to find out how much each person as lost since 1st January 2013 and then carry on until 31st December and see who's lost the most. you'll have to update me weekly how much you've lost


HelzBelz - 2013 Target: To Lose 6st (84lbs) - Loss So Far in 2013: -26.5lb (1st 12.5lb) - Weigh-in: Every Monday (-57.5lb to go)
Emmie - 2013 Target: To Lose 4st (58lbs) - Loss So Far in 2013: -24.5lb (1st 10.5lb) - Weigh-in: Every Monday (-32.5lb to go)
sunlightbub - 2013 Target: To Lost 5st (70lb) - Loss So Far in 2013: -21lb (1st 7lb) - Weigh-in: Every Tuesday (-49lb to go)

HelzBelz target 6stone (84lbs) loss so far 9lbs weigh in day is Mon (sorry I can't put it all nice and neat but I'm on my phone! )

Hi, I'd like to lose 49 pounds this year, taking me to my 12 stone targer. I am currently +1 lb this year, but have 2 weeks worth of weigh in tomorrow.

I'd love to join you for this team, I prefer long term goals :)

Hi i would like to lose 57lb this yr (4st 1lb) i had a gain of 1lb last wk. x

I am aiming to lose 1 stone by start of March for my holiday and just come back from Egypt hence no weight lose this year!! The challenge will be to keep on track inbetween holidays etc

I lost 2lbs tonight :) Yay!

Been an ok one today Lianne, how about you? I've got the post-WI munchies now, but going to limit myself to a packet of velvet crunch and a cereal bar.

I've barely eaten today :( I had 2 slices of 400g Loaf Wholemeal Bread with 1tbsp Lurpak Lightest for Breakfast and then didn't eat anything until Just now as i've been so busy all day. I had Slimming World Cottage Pie.

What is Velvet Crunch?

Yay for the 2lbs loss :) having a good day today just watching tv with the other half and munching on some grapes
