28 weeks to go!!!

Just wondering how weight I could lose in 28 weeks! Thats the count down to my holiday and would like some suggestions ?

Weight loss varies from person to person and is dependent on many many factors. Cambridge suggest 1st a month as a guideline

If u sole source I wud say between 4-5st if u 100% as a minimum
