Just got to the end of week six and fell off the wagon for the first time. I just had a chicken kebab (without the pitta) so chicken and salad! Was delish, but I feel really bad now. Has anyone else fallen off the wagon and have you put on lots of weight because of it?
 
it wont knock you outa ketosis at all hun , as a one off I bet it wont even have any real effect on your weight loss at all

Really? It won't knock me out of ketosis? I really hope it doesn't. I feel bad for doing it but you know I just really needed to, 6 weeks is full on just doing this diet. I am hoping that kebab keeps me going for the next six weeks :)
 
If you have a look on the slim and save website one of the success stories says how she used to go out every week for a meal , she would choose steak and salad...I think when your in it for the long haul and are commited to losing weight, a not completely off plan treat meal once in a while keeps you sane and stops you feeling deprived....its not like you reached for the cookie jar or did a family pack of crisps in!

Just get back on hun, none of us are perfect. Just continue

I agree having meals out, enjoying your on plan food and makin it part of your normal life makes it workable long term

On holiday I ate out daily stayed on plan and had a fantastic time. Stick to protein, no sauces and you'll be fine.

Thanks girls. I don't feel like i'm out of ketosis today and I am back on it full force, I really do think I needed to do it to get it out of my system! I feel better today and ready to carry on! :) just hope I still lose on Monday x
 
Weigh in today and I lost 3lbs! So I am happy as it is TOTM and I had a bad week!

Well done on the loss.

Remember even though you ate off plan you still made good choices, protein and veg :) Its something that will happen to us all, good for you for getting straight back on it again
