So as one 2lb challenge ends another one begins and this time I am hoping to lose 12lbs by October 3rd as my birthday falls on October 2nd however I may be weighing in on my birthday rather than the 3rd as I am supposed to be going out for a meal the day of my birthday which is also the night before weigh in so I may just weigh in a day earlier but regardless 12lbs in 6 weeks is my goal.
I am feeling very positive about this challenge as I proved in my previous 2lb challenge (http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-teams-challenges/344071-2lb-challenge-14lbs-august-22nd.html) it can be done. I finished my last 2lb challenge this morning and my goal was 14lbs and I actually lost 21.5lbs so come on!! LoL
Ok this challenge starts today and the 1st weigh in is next Friday so fingers crossed and keep checking back.
