I'm a longtime lurker but first time poster.
I started yesterday and could only stomach one shake (summer fruits) I drank a tonne of water (over 3 litres) and was fine, no hunger at all.
Today I haven't even managed one shake I really hate the taste, made with ice water, made with water, and all the flavours
I took a spoon from all my flavours and tried them which is why I know I don't like them, including the bars...
Any suggestions?! Pleeeeeease
I'm on my way home now And already dreading another shake (I think it's because I normally don't have things like that) and I'm really hungry today so I want to stick to it so bad!!
I'm really worried about doing more harm by not even having the three a day.
Any help would be appreciated
