2nd day!

Hello!

Started Lipotrim on Wednesday, so very new at this diet! A few years ago I lost 4 stone by healthy diet and exercise, I had one stone to go and really struggled to hit that target and have since put a stone back on. This is a totally different weight lost strategy for me so I'll see how it compares to what I did last time!

I haven't really noticed anything so far, the shakes are okay, the chocolate one isn't nice hot, but they're bearable! Been peeing lots, but guess that's down to drinking lots of water!

Fingers crossed this diet does the job! Would love to hear about the experience of others especially any advice you may have to give!

You might find that you struggle a bit tomorrow as I found day 3 hard but after that things got better! Day15 for me and 13 lbs løst in 2 weeks! last healthy eating diet I løst 10lbs in 7 weeks! Lipotrim all the way for me x Good luck on your first week

Hey Sophie best of luck with this diet and well done on the four stone by the way, I wish I was like you. This is the only diet that has worked for me, I wish i could be as determined when saying no to food lol, let's hope this diet changes the eating habits of a lifetime. Xx

How long did it take you to lose the 4st before when you ate healthily & exercised? Hope you don't mind me asking, what sort of exercise did you do?& how often did you go the gym? X
