2nd time

You must try and see!
 
I was thinking the same thing, I did really well the 1st time, 22lbs in 20 days, not one cheat stuck at it like glue. I then had to come off as I was unwell not Dukan related. I introduced fruit but not starchy carbs and slowly it crept on....
It's been 2 months and I have started once again. No cheating and I'm losing SO much slower... It's been 2 weeks and only lost 4lbs .... I'm wondering it's a 1 timer body shocker and now 2nd time around it's not as shocking!!!!
Any ideas as to why?
 
I've done low-carbing quite a few times over the past ten years - first time loss was v quick - now first time on Dukan I have lost 12lbs in 9 weeks - slow for sure considering needed to lose 40+lbs in total. Lost 5lbs in 7 days of attack (as advised by Dukan site) then around a 1lb a week for next few weeks - now averaging less than 0.5lb a week. Am hoping things will pick up a bit as my body realises I am sticking with it ...
