2nd week!

Ok I had an amazing first week wi on thur -6.5 yay!

This week and I know it's only sat I've not seen any scale movement!

I've not changed the plan - still 1200cals or lower. No difference at all! I'm no way expecting the same loss I was hoping to push 3lbs this week but this is looking incredibly unlikely! :(

What were your week 2 losses like? Xx
 
I was 8 first week and then 5.5 second week. Everyone is different tho xx
