Ive tried slimming world in the past and it did work although I really struggle as my willpower is diabolical! But I am determined to be good and loose 3 1/2 stone by xmas... just to put it all back on again with yummy christmas dinners lol :D

My food diary so far...

Monday -

Breakfast - apple,banana cup of tea

Snack - orange

Dinner - Golden wonder curry pot noodle - 2 1/2 syns

Tea - 3 small potatoes with baked beans and a big bulk of veg on the side, weird concoction I know but I had a weird craving thats what I wanted!

Treat - 4 choccy fingers, I got told they were 1.5syns each and cant seem to find anything that actually says so i have put them as 2 just incase!!

I tend to drink mostly coffee when at work, either black or with milk, I use my milk from my allowence for brews at work and home.

Total Syns - 10 1/2

Tuesday -

Breakfast - Wholemeal toast (Hexb), scrambled egg with dash of milk & dry fried tomatoes. Also had a Krispbread(Pagen) 2syns with a little butter - im sinning it at 1syn!

Dinner - Large salad with toms, cucumber, celery, chicken cooked off with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cumin, turned out rather nice! Only used a little of each, mainly to season it

Tea - (Planned) - Going to have a homemade Thai red curry! We went to Thailand last year and went on a cookery course and were shown how to make red curry paste from scratch so going to give it a go and just use the rest of my milk allowence and coconut essence instead of coconut milk.

Total syns so far - 3 - will probs have a cheeky choccy finger or options MM hot choc before bed but will syn accordingly!


Exercise wise, I have a desk job so Im not as active as I wish I could be but i take my pup for walks in the morning and when I get in and me and my partner have started to rave around with the kinect so hopefully that will help!! :)
 
Well.. I used all 15 of my syns last night munching a few choccy fingers and a couple of krispbreads?! Weird concoction.. Went for a long walk with my partner and the puppy and ran about a bit trying to encourage the puppy that she needs to chase the ball it wont come back to her! haha

Wednesday..

Breakfast - 1 scrambled egg with toast, banana & apple. 1 cup of coffee with dash of milk (from HEXA) and sweetner.

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Large mixed salad with herby HM chicken & some pineapple for afters

Tea - Tea is a toss up between, HM Slimming world chips with a couple eggs & beans!! Or HM syn free spag bol?!

Well for tea last night we had HM spag bol, I made it with quorn mince, which to be honest I didnt really like the texture but was OK. For the sauce I used passata, basil, oregano, splash of worchester sauce, beef stock cube, pinch of italian herbs and salt & pepper, also chucked plenty of mushrooms, onions and peppers in and served with penne pasta, was really filling and enjoyed it but just the texture of the quorn was a bit weird!

Thursday

Breakfast - In a rush this morning so had 2 apple and a banana, 1 cup coffee with sweetner, dash of milk from HexA

Lunch - 3xKrispbreads + 28g of extra light G&H philly, handful of tomatoes, and some pineapple for afters, just discovered that G&H philly is only a hexb on the green so is synned at 2syns for 28g.

Tea - Not 100% sure yet, most like the SW chips, baked beans and egg! I need to get more speed and super free foods into my days but everytime I look at what im eating I dont know whether i am getting enough in?

Also, this is my last week at my current job and the lovely staff in the office bought me milk tray, apparently these are only 2.5syns each so im going to limit myself to 4!

Total syns = 12 syns altogether!!

Had jacket spud with little butter and a large mixed salad, celery, toms

Friday

Breakfast - 2xoranges freshly squeezed, apple, banana & 3 krispbreads(hexb) with some butter - half tbsp 2syns

Lunch - medium jacket potatoe with half tbsp butter 2syns, large mixed salad with celery and toms, pineapple and slice of melon for afters.

Tea - Not sure again lol prob a jacket spud with plenty of salad and a bit of chicken!
 
Saturday

Breakfast - grilled sausage, baked beans, 1 slice wholemeal bread with fry light squirt and a quick "fry" in the pan, "fried" mushrooms

Dinner - Large mixed salad, grilled fish, baked beans

Tea - Large salad with chicken

Snack/dessert - FF strawberry yogurt

Sunday

Breakfast - 2 x poached eggs & 1 slice toast

Dinner - None, just snacked on a few apples.

Tea - Quorn sausage with baked beans and fried mushrooms

I think that was the jist of my weekend, been really busy trying to sort the house and I also started my new job yesterday!!

Monday

Breakfast - poached egg x 2 & 1 slice wholemeal toast (hexb) with a little butter - 2syns

Dinner - large mixed salad with ham

Snack - strawberrys & grapes

Tea - jacket potato with baked beans and side of salad - 4syns for butter on tatty! & 2 quorn sausages! Really liking quorn sausages!!!

Tuesday

Breakfast - 2 slices toast with butter (hexb) 8syns for butter & extra slice of bread, also dry fried mushrooms

Dinner - Large mixed salad

Snack - strawberries & pineapple

Tea - Most likely a jacket potato with a mixed salad and some beans and most likely a quorn sausage or two!!
