3 or 4 packs a day?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether there's any difference weight loss wise between doing the 3 or 4 packs a day options? I'm doing a mix of the two at the moment, if I'm home and have time to cook I'm doing 3 plus the meal so that I can use up the things that I have in the freezer that are S&S friendly as I'm moving soon. To be honest though, really feels like I'm cheating! Tonight I browned off just under 100g of quorn mince with a flat mushroom and then added in a spaghetti pack and put it all on top of a grilled flat mushroom. That was the 100g of quorn plus 100g of veg with the meal pack and I'm absolutely stuffed after it, feel like if I have things like this I won't lose weight!
 
Hi Caroline:), There shouldn't be any difference in weight loss at all as the calorie's are the same. It's personal preference, when i have 3+a meal it's like the treat of the day! and makes me appreciate the food, lol. But also I personally have to take care not to have to much as when i have food in it's so tempting to have a bit more, so I just mix it up some days with the meal and others with the extra pack.:)
