3 rd week at SW

First week down 4.5 lbs 2 nd week down 1.5 lbs 3 rd week up half a pound ( had Chinese sat and out Sunday) so could have been worse.
Wi was this pm feel disappointed but am going to be good as gold this week.
Does anyone do much exercise to speed up weight loss??

Welcome to SW and this forum.
I find that when I exercise I don't loose weight but tone up my body! My best weight losses have been weeks where I have eaten well and appear to have too much.
I make all my own meals with my own recipes (see link below) so that I control what I have and I am now at Target.

I tend to bulk up if I exercise although I find it helps you feel energised and in the right zone (mood) for a diet. Muscle weighs more and so I tend to put on weight if I have been away mountain climbing or walking etc. Light exercise shouldnt bulk you up though and it will make you feel great x
