3+salad/protein Vs 4 packs!

JUst wondered what/if any differences there were in losses following these 2 routes.

I was planning 3 plus small protein/Veg/salad meal so that I can continue to eat with my kids but if losses are significantly slower maybe going up to 4 packs only.

Any info welcome.

The calories are the same with either route and you are in ketosis with both so I would imagine that the losses would be simiar too.
 
impossible to say , everyone is different but what weasey said
if the numbers are similar then so will the weight loss be
its splitting hairs really in the grand scheme of things
so i say go with whatever keeps you on the plan
