3 stone to lose by August 2013

Pretty easy to reach, I think! My SW chart predicts that I will reach target 24th June which gives me a couple of weeks extra :)

Also means I can potentially lower my target a little for my wedding if I'd be mortified to get married at 9 stone, which I doubt!

Half stone should be reached 10/01/2013 as I'm .5lb away at the moment.

Club ten predicted 02/02/2013 on chart.

Mini goal of losing 22lb from last week to 31st March.

Today was pretty good as I was slimmer of the week for the second week in a row :D

really made me feel awesome. Because of my PCOS I never have "big" losses - even on the first week. It made sticking to plan over Christmas and New Years really worth it, and I am really proud of myself.

I didn't really eat much all week as I have been feeling poorly, and I am surprised I lost any weight as I thought I'd have gone into starvation mode with how little I was eating and with my erratic sleep (caused by stress not dieting) but for dinner tonight I had some beautiful barley and butternut hotpot made from the SW recipe
Tomorrow I'm going to have some gorgeous home laid eggs which I got as my SOTW prize for breakfast, some of my hot pot for lunch and a jacket potato with low fat sweet chilli philly for tea.
During the day I'll work on a really awesome corset I'm making for a shoot on Saturday and hope to have finished by the afternoon, and then start on one of two customer orders I have to get finished off soonish.

This week I have been really poorly.
I have PCOS and had my period for the first time in a few months which left me in crippling pain and unable to do anything as I bleed so heavily (also resulting in anemia)
I was basically in bed feeling sorry for myself all week.
I'm pretty amazed as I managed to lose a pound which took me to my first half stone :D

It's taken me 8 weeks to lose 8lb and my mum has lost 8lb in 3 weeks and is complaining about it.
That's a bit lame.

I've decided to do "Success Express" this week so wish me luck. I've stuck to it so far but am a Thursday weigher so that is only one day.
I think because of my PCOS doing success express every week will be my only way of losing more than half a pound a week =/
I guess it will be worth it in the end.

Another horrible week.
I only lot half a pound. Really disappointed.
Had my surgery yesterday and I didn't react well to the morphine so still in bed.
Barely able to eat - half a mug of soup yesterday and a yogurt and half a mug of soup today.
Hope it means I lose weight this week rather than gaining as I'll be so gutted if I don't lose at least 1lb this week.

Luthien, you sound like you're struggling a bit. Can you give me an example of your food diary and what plan you're on?
I'm sure between us we can figure something out, although if you'd just had surgery before WI, I'm sure that contributed to not getting the result you wanted on the scales.
Also the PCOS is definitely a contributing factor, and perhaps trying the red plan would be best, as the restricted carbs will help a lot. Any medication you might be taking may be adding to the difficulty as well.
Are your periods all over the place? It's very hard to lose weight when you're constantly menstruating; I found this out when I bled for six months following a LLETZ procedure. With weight loss though, it might all regulate itself and you might find you return to a normal cycle.

And I meant to mention, with SW the more you eat, the more you lose, so not eating very much will have the opposite effect that you want. You need to eat more, hun, it seems as though you're eating extremely little.

Hi Mandy, thanks for responding to me on here :)
My operation was Friday and WI was Thursday evening, but I was panicking so much for just over a week before hand that I barely ate and I am sure that is why I only lost the 1/2 lb.
Things aren't quite as bad as they sound in terms of not eating - my surgery was removal of a tooth under general anesthetic which is why I have not been able to have much to eat the past few days.
Today I have had a small mug of soup, a muller light, a hi fi bar (which I had to cut up into about 20 chunks to manage over the course of an hour!) and this evening I managed a smash pizza (not going to get too graphic but a blood clot which was making it hard to eat decreased in size this evening)
I usually follow extra easy and occasionally green - I'm vegetarian, do you think I can follow red? (I do eat fish)

Back on solid food today but being careful - I had a muller light for breakfast and one for a snack. For lunch a smash pizza with cheese as my HEXA and for dinner I had a syn free quorn dhansak with rice.
Also had a hifi as a snack and am looking forward to a small glass of warm milk to help me sleep.
I made some sugar free pineapple jelly as a snack for tomorrow as well as a chocolate lime cheesecake which is 0.75 syns per slice.
