30 day shred

Anyone do this/done this? Reviews, advice etc. Tempted to do it up to Xmas, seeing as its free on YouTube?

I did it for a while. It is hard but effective. Hoping to restart it again soon and all reviews I have read say how good it is

I have done the DVD a few times and was successful, it is a killer though lol xxx
