30kg off by 30yrs old!

Hi everyone, I am starting this for myself so I can record and vent about my weight loss journey as I don't have a blog or anything else!

I want to use this as a diary to track food/exercise/weight loss and emotions!

Diet: Slimming World
Start date: 23/05/2013
Start weight: 99.8kg

Target date: 14/07/2014
Target weight: 68kg

I have been a slimming world member before but now we have moved to Denmark and there is no SW here so I am trying to do it myself with my old books/the SW mags my mum sends me and chatting to some friends who attend classes. I am having regular weigh-in's with the doctor, the first one being 10/06/2013.

Today I am feeling positive and less hungry than yesterday. I need to motivate myself to exercise more as I work form home on my computer. I am trying to alternate between Wii Zumba, Wii Fit, 30 day shred and power walking/jogging. Here goes....
 
Good luck with everything, and I hope the weigh-in at the docs goes well :)

It can be harder to do it on your own, but with the right motivation very possible indeed, and you've given yourself plenty of time to achieve your goal too.
