30lbs down!!

Have to share as I'm so excited... had a sneaky peek at the scales today & I have lost 30lbs so far this year, have lost 10% of my starting weight & am 1 lb away from having less than 100 lbs to lose and all of this while eating plenty of fabulous food....

Have I actually died & gone to heaven....???

Yep, I am planning on Atkins...its really the only other diet (besides CD) that I have had success...

I did it years ago in my early 20s and lost 40 lbs in 3 months...

I had a baby 21 months ago and have officially weaned her bfing and I am ready to attack my weight!

I need all the help from minimins!

And Jim I hope I can look to you as well for encouragement!
