Day 7 of Lipotrim, finding the diet itself fine no headaches, hunger etc,,, however weight this morning and just 4 ponds down????

Can that be right - I am complying 100%

Hi cassie, dont be too disheartened if it is 4lbs, think of it this way, its 4lbs off and not on. Its still a loss . We all lose weight differently x

It is disappointing to have a small loss the first week but as Miss MDG says, we all lose weight differently...I lost 5.5lb my first week back so not too much more than you. Hang in there, one thing is for sure it will come off on Lipotrim.
