Hey all,

2018 for me was a terrible year, I felt broken for the most part due to the break up of my 17 year relationship and almost 7 year marriage.

2019 is going to be the year I transform myself from a unhealthy overweight person to someone I can learn to love again.

The Plan
I am starting (again) on Exante. I did Cambridge previously and honestly don't see any difference in the products at all.

My Reasons for Losing Weight
* To learn to love myself again
* To walk into a room with confidence
* To look good
* To feel proud of myself
* To wear beautiful clothes
* To wear heels
* To look and feel good in swimwear
* To be able to join in on fun activities with my nephew and niece
* To fit in to the stash of size 12 clothes I have at home

2018 Loss
28lbs. I started at 16st 7lbs and got down to 14st 7lbs.

Okay so either my scales were broke on Monday or this morning cos other than chopping off a limb there is literally no way I could have lost 5lbs overnight :classic_tongue: I mean I would love to record that but I can guarantee I will be back up tomorrow for sure!

In work until 8pm and I am so tired, got this cold that's doing the rounds and just feel rubbish. Can't wait to get home to bed and I am determined to be in work at 8am tomorrow so that I don't need to stay on until 8pm!

I can do on the day flexi and its the best and worst thing at the same time!

Just had my 2nd product of the day which was the red thai chicken soup, I add some pepper to it and it is lovely. Definitely needed something hot.

I've recommended someone in work to Exante so just waiting on the £10.00 referral credit adding to my account the I will place another order. This means that I will get my next 100 products for £75.00 :classic_big_grin: Super happy with that!

I'm so tempted to run over to the shop for munchies right now.

I'm not even really hungry but I am tired and I feel ill and just feel like my body needs something.

The fact that I need to say in work until 8pm tonight isn't helping much either, my mood is just a bit low tonight.

Strange isn't it that we turn to the thing that is ruining us to make us feel better temporarily.

Surviving!

Had a cup of black tea and another bottle of water.

Just getting sorted for finishing at 8pm, will head home have my 3rd product of the day then get myself to bed.

I am determined to be in work at 8am tomorrow so that I don't need to stay until 8pm again.

This is the 2nd day this week I've done that.

Okay so either a miracle has happened, a limb has dropped off during the night or my scales are drunk cos I was 13st 13lbs this morning! Jeezooooooooooo - I would love for that to be right but will see what the scales say in the morning, Friday is my WI day so I will update my first post then with whatever the scales show tomorrow :classic_big_grin:

Managed to get home last night without stuffing my face but let me tell you it was a struggle, I had to fight myself all the way. Telling myself it's not worth it, I would rather feel good being at goal weight in a few months rather than for a few minutes while I'm stuffing a Big Mac in my face.

I know this, still doesn't make it any easier when I want to binge.

Hungry today! Know it's probably more in my mind than anything so just having another bottle of water to see if that fills me up.

I will not give in, I have too much good stuff to look forward to and I will not be fat when it comes around!

We mustn't for sure.

I know that the temporary enjoyment of the wrong things won't benefit me in the long run so I am staying away from them!!

I just worry about social plans, that is when I tend to go off the rails, this is what I've got booked in so far :classic_eek:

This is the next thing I have planned socially. We are going out to have some chinese food so will be off plan for sure.

My issue usually is that if I have a planned meal out I would start that day off so badly, I try to cram as much junk in as possible for the full day.

So this is what I need to change, I am having a meal off not the day off.

I am meeting my workies at 3pm so the plan is to have an Exante product at about 12noon which would usually cover me until about 5pm, I will then enjoy my meal out with the workies then head home.

I'm not gonna have a night out drinking because I am out 2 days later for Mothers Day so will need to save my pennies for that.

I try to cram as much junk in as possible for the full day.
That is me to a T! A lot of it is to do with changing our mental attitude isnt it, easier said than done sometimes!. You do have a lot of social events to look forward to! My main problem is holidays and breaks away as we do do quite a lot of those! I think I eat more when I am bored as well, unfortunately I do find this way of eating very boring but keep telling myself it is temporary!!

25.03.19 - Monday - 14st 1lbs - 197lbs - 57lbs to Lose
Morning all, so update from me. Over the weekend I was great until the evenings when I ate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Back up 2lbs which serves me right. When will I learn!

Friday - I was granny sitting on Friday so had 2 rolls with lurpak, 1/2 porion of macaroni and 2 boxes of microchips. After I started I just wanted to keep going, I was almost at the McDonalds drive thru on my way home but made it home to bed without doing any further damage.

Saturday - Was home alone, anyone else a secret eater?!?!? I managed the whole day then caved in the evening and had 14 sticky chicken skewers, 4 yorkshire puddings, 4 ferrero rocher and a boost.

Sunday - Again fine until the evening when I had 5 slices of garlic bread, 3 sausages, 10 aftereights.

TBH I could have crammed much more in there but managed to do some damage limitation which I suppose is good.

Back to it today!
