Me, well. Ate all of them and lost. Ate none of them and didnt loose. And ate a few and lost a little. Went back to eating all of them and stayed the same for 5 weeks. Gah! Xx
 
i used them every week, i also stayed on 29pp per day when the points went down and i still lost on average 1lb per week.
