Hi guys,
I've been on the Dukan Diet since June 11th and I find that once you slip-up, it is so hard to get back into the usual routine of just eating protein. I have been able to lose just over a stone but the last 11lbs are becoming a pain to get rid of
I have decided to kickstart my diet again by fasting for two consecutive days (500 cals each day) and then using Dukan principles to eat on the rest of the days...I.e. low fat, low carb. I will eat vegetables each day and will ensure that some form of exercise is implemented.
I'm now on my 5th day of the Insanity workout so will definitely be completing all 60 days of it, as I can already feel that my stomach muscles are stronger from the inside.
If this way of dieting has a negative effect on my weightloss, I will cut out the Dukan way completely and just opt for low carb meals.
Let the games begin
