5/2 DIET

Hi everybody, I am gonna give this nee diet a try just for a week or two. I am very skeptical about my ability to stick to the regime as I have the breaking point of a kit kat when it comes to will power ! I have been an avid fan of Slimming world since February but I have put on 3.5 lb recently and feel I'm losing my battle. I need a quick burst of weight loss to get me back on track. Any advice greatly welcomed.
 
Ok so today is fasting day number 1. I have had a coffee made with coffee mate 70 cals and drinking diet pepsi so far but getting hungry. Chicken rice and mushroom soup for lunch 210 cals and the same for dinner. Bring on tomorrow

Have a look in the JUDDD section of this site.
Similar sort of diet and lots doing it.

Doesn't appeal to me as my gains were caused by not eating for long periods then binging but people are doing really well, losing weight amf drastically changing shape
 
Well I hate to disappoint but I didn't even last the first day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to SW for me. I felt very ill the first day maybe if Id have had the will power to over come it I may have done better but its not for me. Good luck though to everyone giving it a go :)
 
I had my first day yesterday, I had 519calories - 19 too many. I found that only having water/coffee/tea all day then having a meal in the evening did it for me. I'd rather do that than go to bed hungry. I meant to make Mondays & Thursdays my fast days but I've been asked out to lunch on Monday so next week it will be Tuesday instead.
