Hi All

I'm hoping a diary will help motivate me in my weight loss journey.
I'm 28 and weight around 22st :sigh: to be a healthy BMI I would need to get down to 11st 6lb at least ekkkk!! I know that is a huge amount to loose but im giving myself 549 day to do it in!!!!!! In 549 days I will turn 30 and I refuse to loose another chapter in my life due to my weight.

Mini Goals

Get my weight under 20st and back into the teens
Reach 18st - The weight I promised myself I would never go over
Hit 16st - The weight I was after I had my son
Reach 14.7 st - The lowest weight I have been in 15 years
Get to my goal 11st 6lb!!
 
Day One

Doing well so far but have a meal out tonight with friends for an Indian MMMMMMMmmmm yummy!
Was back to work today after a lovely 10 days off but find breaking those chocolate snack times hard to get through have signed up to My Fitness pal and seeing those calories add up sure is enlightening :nono: done a few days of tracking what I would normally eat and its shocking im honestly shocked I don't weigh more or have health problems as I seem to be eating around 5000 calories a day!!!!!

Ive seen some great weight losses on here and have one question... If you could pass on one tip to the next person what would it be?
