I have decided to start a diary with the aim to keep me motivated and on track.
I have lost and regained 4-5 stone several times on different diets and re-joined SW at the end of last year weighing in at just under 18 stone. The heaviest I have been.
I started off ok losing 16lbs in the three months; since then I have just been losing and gaining the same 4 pounds until this month when I have started gaining again.
I know exactly where I am going wrong and how I sabotage myself. Enough is enough!
I weigh in at group on Thursday evenings. My first goal is to stay to group every week.
