A bit of this and a bit of that.

Well here I am again. This time I need to keep it up and not go back to bad habits.
Starting at 20st this time. Not gonna lie, I never thought I'd get this big.

Diet wise I'm doing a bit of a mix. I've got a load of SnS packs I want to get through first then on to Slimming World.

Well I've done sweet F.A all day.
Hopefully tomorrow will be more active, even if it's just taking Pixie to nursery and shopping with mother lol.
 
More active today. Just some walking, but it's a start lo!.
Had a food bobo and ate too much stirfry for tea. Least it wasn't chips or pasta I suppose.

Must remember to wear Misfit tomorrow.
 
Well I've had an OK week. Been a bit naughty with the chocolates and evening meal portions but I know I've lost a bit of weight.
Goals for next week:
1. More water
2. Eat the packs
3. Smaller portions/weigh food
4. MOVE!
