I'm on Exante's total solution and I am sticking to it!
I'm on day 5 and I think I made a mistake by stepping on the scales because I'm so discouraged to see that I've only dropped 3.6lbs. I've been following the plan with no diversions.
I've know of people dropping more than that over a single day when starting a VLCD. I'm now starting to think if my loss is so nominal during the 1st week what am I going to do?
