Hi to all minimins,
I have been doing SW now for 3+ years - I know how it works so why have I been slack for the past 6 months?? I have put on half a stone. I had started to eat crap food again, crisps, biscuits, takeaways etc etc (how easy that is to fall into old ways again!!)
I do SW at home and have done from day 1 so I know I can get back on the wagon again, but in the meantime I am in need of a good telling off or a kick up the bum.
I used to log my weight on a monday and list my food diary on here (but have been too ashamed to do these for the past 6 months) I shall start doing these logs again to see if that helps me get motivated.
I need to get my head back into SW again - I Can Do This with all your help and support please.
