A Loss - but slower than I'd like.

Hi, I started SW just over 3 weeks ago. Although I'm pleased that I'm losing weight it's a little slower than I'd like. Can anyone take a look at my food diary and let me know if I'm making mistakes, please? I'm worried I'm eating too much fruit. Also the yogurts I'm buying are fat free, but I'm living in Thailand and the nutritional information is in Thai, so I can't be 100% sure they are syn free. Sometimes I don't use my syns, as in the past when I've done SW I've saved them for the weekend going out drinking, but here I've not really used them.

I've just had a quick look and you don't seem to be eating proper meals.

are you able to post the nutritional info for the yogurts?
 
Pancakes are SW pancakes - oats (hexB), eggs and yogurt. Maybe I've had too many of them this week. I might also have 1/2 green days just to mix it up and use more syns.
 
Hi, I've been slowing down on the weight loss myself, when I started I had a huge loss (1 stone in three weeks). Since then I've been going down at a gradual rate of about 2lbs a week.
I'm on EE but trying to bump up more superfree and more superspeedy foods to help try to keep momentum. Maybe thats what you could try?
 
I very rarely do EE, but I might do more of these days. Last week I ate a lot of frozen grapes and each time I make pancakes that is two eggs - could this be a reason why? I might try to limit the amount of fruit I eat this week, as I have been eating quite a lot.

Unless you're having milk in tea, and if you are do you measure it, do you have the books if not could somebody get you some & post them to you?
 
Hi, I have milk in my coffee and the pancakes are always made out of oats which is a HexB. I sometimes only have 1 HexB - do I need to have 2?
 
I've realised today I've been doing EE wrong. I've only tried it a few times, but I've noticed I don't always have super free food at breakfast. Today I had oats and a banana and have since discovered a banana isn't superfree. Lunch was thai green curry sauce, noodles, ham salad and fruit. Dinner will be stewed pork, rice and more fruit. Lots of syns today, but back on track tomorrow. I'm trying to make more of an effort to use my syns and introduce more carbs into my diet to see what difference that makes. If I gain it will have to be back to mainly red days :(
 
I was doing red days :) now and again I do EE when I fancy some carbs. I haven't been, but as you get two HexA on red (I hope that's right!) and I don't drink too much I don't think I have been going over. On red days do you need to have 2 HexA and B?

Ordered a Thai steak salad for dinner...and it came covered in a dressing. A complete waste of syns! :( It's never appeared like that before.
 
Hi Just thought I'd say that I don't see how some of your days can be classed as red days when you are not eating any meat, just salad and fruit. I think your body thinks your starving it and thats why your not losing.
SW is a healthy eating plan which includes all the food groups not just salad and fruit. Try having proper meals with some carbs and some protein and see how you get on. I honestly couldn't survive on what you are eating. But then I don't live in sunny Thailand! Seriously though you need to mix it up an bit and not eat the same things every day.
