Well here I am again, four stone to lose and I seem totally incapable of even losing four pounds! I am going to really make an effort this time, weigh in every week and post my results here. I shall be calorie counting, 1300 cals a day to start with and see how I go. I haven't been on this forum for ages, so I am off to have a look around and see what's what I shall be back!
