a new start

Hi all Im a 29 year old male (29th birthday tomorrow) working as a bus driver in London. so the fat on the belly seems comfortable hanging around while Im at work. I will be starting the TS program from Exante hopefully Saturday once it arrives. Started going to the gym and working out around 3 weeks now i was 17st 8lbs and with in the 3 weeks i have now reduced my weight to 17st 1lbs. My target weight it 13st (bmi). I wanted to know if anyone has found that they feel faint while working out in the gym while on the TS program.. Im currently during 600-900 kcals (according to the machines) at the gym in a combination of the treadmill up hill brisk walk) cross trainer, bike and rowing. Im worried with only 600 odd kcals i may be setting my self up for a collapse of some sort if i continue. Please let me know your experiences. Im will be doing shakes and bars (28days) x

I don't know anything about Exante, there is a part of the forum which focuses solely on this so you might get more answers if you post on there, everyone is very friendly so just jump in!
