Hi lipgirl and welcome! You've done so well don't lose heart! The water is the hardest part, but thats the trick, if you dont drink enough of it, you won't lose weight cause (don't quote me on the sciencey bit!) it sits in your body not being flushed out!!! The whole point of all the water is basically this = Your kidneys need to be well hydrated, for a normal eater 2l a day, for us, 4 to 5 l a day. If your kidneys arent hydrated, they wont work at optimum power, so they transfer some of their workload to your liver. And its your liver that's trying to break down the fat!!! So when it has more work from the kidneys, it cant concentrate on the (wonderful )fat melting!
It might just seem like a load of hot air but I know it made it easier for me to get my water down once I knew what it was for!
